If you need an address correction or cancellation, contact us promptly and wait for confirmation before assuming the change has been made. For a tracking question, include the latest visible tracking event and any delivery check already completed. Returns and damaged ceramic

Request returns within 30 days after receipt and obtain instructions before posting. If a bowl arrives chipped, cracked or broken, stop using it and keep pets away from fragments. Photographs of the parcel, protective packing and affected item can help where they can be taken safely. Do not handle sharp pieces just to provide evidence. Personal-preference returns and damaged-item reports may require different arrangements, so describe the actual situation when you first write.
