Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

Vorelynt currently accepts delivery orders to the United States only. Enter your complete destination at checkout to see the methods available for that address. A product being visible in the store does not mean that every address can be served. If checkout cannot provide a shipping option, contact us before placing an order rather than substituting an inaccurate address. We do not treat a forwarding address as a guarantee that a later delivery outside our supported destination will be covered by the original service.

2. Shipping charges in USD

Standard shipping costs $5.99 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below $50. Standard shipping is free when that discounted merchandise subtotal is $50 or more. Expedited shipping costs $7.99 where offered at checkout. The free-shipping threshold applies to merchandise rather than shipping charges or taxes. Removing an item or applying a discount can change eligibility. Review the final charge before confirming your purchase; an item price does not include a shipping service unless checkout explicitly states that it does.

3. Preparation and transport are separate

Order preparation is expected to take 5–10 business days after order and payment confirmation, subject to any information needed to process the order. Standard carrier transport is expected to take 10–15 business days after dispatch. The combined standard planning window is therefore approximately 15–25 business days, not an additional period after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. An order submitted during a holiday may begin processing on the next working day.

4. Expedited service

Expedited refers to the transport option available for the destination, not an exemption from preparation. Selecting it does not automatically shorten the 5–10 business day preparation stage. We do not promise an expedited arrival date that has not been confirmed for the actual order. If you need a ceramic bowl for a particular event or a date-sensitive gift, ask us before ordering. Do not rely on a general product photograph, a promotional heading or the shipping option name as a delivery guarantee.

5. Dispatch and tracking

When tracking is issued, use the dispatch information provided with your order. A label may be created before a carrier records its first physical scan. Tracking events can also appear later than the actual movement of a parcel, particularly around handoffs or weekends. Check the most recent carrier status and your order email before contacting support. If the information remains unclear, email service@vorelynt.com with your order number and the last visible event. We will review the available record without promising scans or delivery events that the carrier has not confirmed.

6. Accurate addresses and order changes

Check the recipient name, street number, apartment or suite, city, state and ZIP code before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with the order number and the corrected information. We will check whether preparation or dispatch can still be interrupted. A request is not accepted until we confirm it, and an already dispatched parcel may not be capable of rerouting. Avoid placing a second order simply to correct the first unless you intend to purchase both or have received cancellation confirmation.

7. Delays, delivery exceptions and missing parcels

Weather, carrier capacity, address checks, customs handling and other operational events may extend the planning window. If tracking indicates an exception, follow any legitimate carrier instructions and contact us when store assistance is needed. For a delivered scan without a located parcel, check the delivery location, household members and any building reception before reporting the issue. Tell us what you have checked so we can investigate the next useful step. We assess missing-parcel reports on their circumstances and preserve any applicable consumer rights; a scan alone does not settle every question.

8. Ceramic items damaged in transit

Inspect the parcel and bowls promptly after delivery. If a bowl is cracked, chipped or broken, stop using it and keep pets away from fragments. Where safe, retain the outer packaging and take clear photographs of the damage, label and protective packing. Send these with your order number so we can assess the issue and explain the appropriate remedy. Do not return broken ceramic without instructions, and never handle sharp fragments merely to obtain a photograph. Your safety takes priority over collecting evidence.

9. Taxes and additional charges

Taxes and any charges collected through this store are shown at checkout where applicable. We do not state that every possible charge imposed by an authority or third-party service is included unless the checkout or order confirmation says so. Contact us if a request for an unexpected payment appears related to your delivery. Verify the source before paying, especially if a message asks for account credentials or directs you to an unfamiliar website. We cannot determine a charge from a screenshot that omits its sender or the relevant order information.

10. Returns and shipping support

Delivery questions and return requests use the same support email, service@vorelynt.com, but they are different processes. A return must be requested within 30 days after receipt under our Return Policy. Sending a parcel back without instructions can delay identification and handling. Include your order number, a concise explanation and the affected item when asking for assistance. You do not need to provide card numbers, passwords or security codes. Read the Return Policy for return postage, inspection, refunds and the default return address before arranging shipment.
