Email service@vorelynt.com with the order number and the exact change needed. For an address correction, provide the complete revised address so we do not have to infer the missing part. We will check whether preparation or dispatch has progressed too far to act. Wait for confirmation before assuming that a request has been accepted.

Keep the request clear

State whether you want a cancellation, an address correction or help with an item. Avoid submitting contradictory instructions through several messages at once. Reply in the same thread when adding information. Do not place a second purchase merely to correct the first unless you intend to buy both or have received cancellation confirmation.

After dispatch

A carrier may not permit rerouting or interruption. Check the tracking information and explain the issue to us so we can review available options. We will not promise a change that has not been confirmed. If the purchase has arrived and you wish to return it, follow the Return Policy instead of treating the request as a pre-dispatch cancellation.
